Depending on the location of the property, Orrs will undertake, free of charge, either an initial survey or a preliminary review of photographs to determine the size and scope of a project.

Fees for written valuations are quoted on a per diem basis or a fixed fee and are based on the volume of items and nature of the property, as well as the time and research required.
